Bayo holds first degree in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University with second class upper division with bias in computer technology. He obtained Masters of Science degree in Finance from University of Lagos. He is a trained information and communication technology expert by the Carnegie Corporation of New York. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is a faculty member of the Insolvency and Corporate Re-engineering of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. A shrewd and meticulous professional with expertise in Enterprise Risk Management and Controls, Forensic Audit, Fraud Examination, Auditing and Investigation. His exposure covers the banking sector, investment and asset management, Facilities Management, telecommunications and software distribution. He is an alumnus of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), Geneva with specialization in regulations and capital market formation and Students in Free Enterprise Networks (USA). ‘Bayo has won many international awards amongst which are finalist at the international business plan competition BiD challenge, Netherlands, the Global Enterprise Experience (GEE), New Zealand and the Goi-Peace Foundation, Japan. As an Executive Director, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Shekelsfield Nigeria Limited saddles with the responsibilities of administration, finance, trade deals and market services.
