Ayoola holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She has a proven knowledge of auditing and accounting with CPA Partners at Lagos. She was a delegate in the World Business Dialogue Conference in Cologne, Germany; and also a fellow of The Bridge Programme in Lagos. She is currently the Director of Farm Operations saddles with the agricultural production, processing and marketing of Shekelsfield Nigeria Limited.
